Beach Trip ~ Day Two ~ Beach Photos

After returning home from the aquarium we headed out to the beach!



Andrew was commenting on all of the sand fleas calling them "Hopper Doodles."
"The hopper doodles are all over the place."
Dan told him they were sand fleas and Andrew said,
"The sand fleas sure are hopper doodles."



The boys LOVED jumping the waves. Katie wasn't so sure at first and wanted to be in the water, but with someone holding her. Shortly, she was loving it as well, wanting to go farther and farther out.

I went out with the boys and jumped the waves with them.
Noah was so cute. He said,
"This was a fun day....and a beautiful one too."



Soooo, happy to be together.



Aiden and Amber are loving the beach.
Amber keeps saying, "It's Awesome!"


Two  more buddies, so happy to be together.



Katie was holding Dennis' hand here.
He held her out in the water for quite a while.
She looks so smitten!  :)

After dinner Dan took Andrew out for a long walk by himself seeing the tide pools.
I was actually a bit annoyed because he kept him out way past his bedtime and I was envisioning a grumpy child in the morning.
But my attitude changed when I saw Andrew come back so happy and sweet.
His cup was definitely filled ~ and worth the late evening out.
It's amazing what a little one on one time does for a little guy.
Especially our little guy.
