Seeing Santa!

We made a very quick trip to Richland to help Mom get her house ready for Christmas.  We squeezed in a trip to see Santa as well.  We went to "Beaver Bark" which is one of my favorite garden stores.   Santa's reindeer were visiting so that was a fun thing for the kids to see.

 

This is one of my favorite stops to make when in Richland.
 


The kids have been wanting to see Reindeer, so this was really exciting.



They were able to feed them too!







We went into the store where there are so many beautiful themed Christmas displays.



Of course the Bug was especially partial to this one....





She was more than happy to pose in front of this tree.



I loved this candy themed tree as well.

Then it was time to see Santa!

Seeing this made my heart sink....



Is it just me, or is that a little sad?  I understand charging for photos....My thoughts just turned to kids who's parents couldn't afford this.  I suppose there's always the mall.






 

I am going to be sad when the time for these sweet traditions have passed.  I suppose we'll find things to replace them, but I am starting to savor each trip to see Santa.

 

Mrs. Claus lent a hand mailing the letters to the North pole...

 

One final hug and we were on our way!
