I've been preparing for Kaitlin's third birthday.
One of the things I've done for her since her first birthday is to make a photo banner comprised of photos from each month of the year for the party. I wish I would have thought to do this for the boys when they were babies. But it's still fun to do for bigger kids.
I love to look back on this and see her growth each month.
It's interesting to me too, to see that it's almost like she'll change significantly during a specific month.
The top photo starts her banner for this year. It was taken in March 2010. I'm loving her hair in that photo and am thinking about cutting it short like that again after her party. I love her sweet baby face in that photo. I wish I could reach in and give those soft cheeks a kiss.
So here's my little Bugaboo, growing from two to three right before your very eyes.....

And as I watch her sweet baby fat continue to melt away to reveal the slender frame of a little girl I'm grateful that I still have a small dimpled hand to hold.
